Lore[edit | edit source]
Scourrrge could not remember how long he had trudged through the hot burning sands of The 1st Plane. It had to have been long enough for his eyes to begin to adjust to the overwhelming brightness of the scorching sun. Long enough for him to instinctively move out of the way the second he heard a whistling meteor falling from above. Long enough for him to forget about his quest for the golden peg leg.
He had been sailing in the waters of Helenica searching for the Cave of Gravebeard when a thunderous and treacherous storm hit suddenly. The crew was weak from travel and the boat could not withstand the battering of endless waves and hail. The next thing he remembered was waking up in this place, chunks and planks of wood scattered around him. With his ship destroyed and his crew missing, Scourrrge did the only logical thing he could think of. He picked a single direction and began walking. Knowing the way of the world, he knew that no matter the size, all land must have a shore and once he found it he would be able to navigate home.
What he didn't know was that The 1st Plane did not have a shore, it was truly never ending dunes of sand one right after the other and as if to rub sand in the wound, The Chaos played tricks on the weary sailor. In the distance the sand would shift and move creating a mirage. Sometimes it was a few trees surrounding an oasis, other times it was the coastline with water stretching out to the horizon. Each time he saw these cruel images he would dash toward them, hope reignited, only to find sand where his hope had once been.
Between the unlivable conditions and the brutal mirages, Scourrrge had finally given up all hope. He was tired, both physically and emotionally, when he lifted his leg and he lost his balance. His body flipped and bounced down the side of a large dune. Sand filled his nostrils and mouth as he landed hard in a pile of soft sand. He remained motionless until it occurred to him the sand didn't burn. Lifting his head he was greeted with a sight he thought would never happen. It was an island with trees and a coastline. He could hear water lapping nearby. His heart fluttered just long enough to remind him of the cruelty of the burning sands. He started kicking the sand at his feet and cursing "Yar no good, bastarrrrrd!" He took in a deep breath to scream when he was hit with the familiar scent of sea water. That was all it took for his memories to come flooding back and he ran straight for the shore.
A booming voice stopped Scourrrge in his tracks, "You are only as free as I allow you to be."
A force Scourrrge could not see, pulled him a couple of feet into the sand. "Destroy the light and the ocean will be yours again." and just as suddenly as the voice had appeared, it faded. Scourrrge scrambled out of the pit of soft sand brushing himself off. Longingly he looked at out toward the coast knowing he may have escaped The Chaos but he had not yet won his freedom.

- Just click on their heads
- Since firing your musket will cause the Cannons to also fire, try placing them in high traffic areas. You'd be surprised at how many passing Light Bears you infect

- Scourrrge has been known to spend months at sea, luckily his husband is his first mate.
